I made a Bunker that is 4 and 3 16 ths lenght and width what would the scale size be and would this look good on a 1/48th scale diorama.

well, it would be a scale 16 and 3/4 feet. Mabye the size of a machine gun bunker. Would have to work with it some to see how to work it into a dio. As other people have said, the story told is the important point of a dio. All parts of the dio should lead to the understanding of the point. Hope it helps.
