A while back I was asking about using the Revell M34, and Tactical jeep kit, to use the M34 for a cheap way to make other M35's to scratch off from, of course people told me buy the M35 it will be more detailed, but that wasn't the part I was worried about, cause I thought they meant door handles, and bumper hooks and things.

I never dreamed this was probably the worst kit Revell puts out now, I do know it is a lot worse then any Italeri kit I have, the jeep is totally worthless, but I bought it for the M34, and now I find out it has the cheapest suspension I ever seen.

Italeri always had a good axle rear end set up,and I was under the assumption that Revell and Italeri were just about Identical, or Revell was even a little better, so I assumed that this model would at least have a good drive line system, this here looks like something from my drinking days, but I never did try to make things like this when I was drinking, but if I did, I think it would look like this.

On the jeep the windshield in the down position would go all the way to the end of the hood, when any jeep the windshield when it's down won't even go halfway, plus it's about 1/6 again wider then the jeep, it almost looks like it could go to the M34, this here gives Revell a bad name, I know the others got to look better.

Does anybody know if this is the only bad kit Revell has out?

This kit is a reissue of VERY old Monogram kits. Probably well over 30 years old.

Why have you posted it in this forum?... Because the kit is junk? :-) :-) :-)

Hey!
This subject was under discussion some time ago on another forum, and in that topic was stated that this kit dates back to 1958 :-) I've almost finished building mine and being the only kit of this subject on the market and with some scratchbuilding and attention to details it turns out very nice Not bad at all for a kit that is 48 year old eh?

Cheers

The cab can be cleaned up on the M34 but you can't make that drive line look real with what is there. Like if you make a dump truck you can't put the bed up with this suspension and drive line like it is, that was my heart break.
