Grrr... I actually would have started this month with my new job as police / 112 operator... But due to a lack of training personal during the summer months the startingdate is prosponed to september...

Worst thing was, I hoped to get one of these company cars with a blue light on it... but no way.

Ooh well... three months to go:
Can go working a 'summerjob'
Can do those 'Tooltime' jobs arround the house
Work away my stash
Spend all my time on Armorama :-)

007 at least you will get to avoid the summer heat and heavy workload, at least it is that way here. Speaking of heat, it is really hoy here for this time of year. Sweltering every afternoon in this dang kevlar vest under the uniform. Oh well good luck in the new job, dont worry bout the three month lay off it will go fast. We have the US grand Prix race coming up, maybe I will get to work that......

What is a "police/112 operator"? If I had to take a guess I would say a dispatcher??

Hi Paul!

I'll be going in to the police force at September too!

It's a long wait and now that my airbrush is broken, i really do not know what to do except playing computer games which get boring fast.

Hey guys!

Jean-Luc; no problem what to choose for me, but SWMBO urged me to the second option; things to do around the house...
IndyCopper, I'm very glad I don't have to wear kevlar, but I guess you are more happy wearing it than go out without it.
Danny, that's a coincidence indeed. Hope you get your airbrush fixed soon! Otherwise, just build kits, spray them later :-)
Monte, police/112 operator is a combined job for calls to the police as well as for calls to the 112 emergency number (the European variant of 911). It's a dispatch job, but it's more specified towards the emergency calls than ordering units around.
