This Stug also is on it's second go...First time, I did not weather..When I decided to put it in a dio, I whethered it heavily. Basically, I juz dry brush some rust, metallic grey and some pencil dust around the edges and those area expected to be heavily abused..It works well on vehicles with Dark yellow paint scheme...

Yup...I agree..I hate it when the uniforms turned out shiny....If u notice, some are more shiny than others..I tink the way to make it flat is by heavily diluting the Field Grey..But need at least 2 coats..Still experimenting....

Try using this MR HObby Flat matt Top Coat. Its about $10 buck a can. Make sure you shake it well before you spray.

Yeah...I've used this to "flatten" my airplane models..I did also spray it to one of my Fallschirmjager 1/16 figures to flatten it after the uniform turn out shiny..I usually get this spray at Hobby Focus (Far East Plaza)...
