Well thats it. I'm 46 years old in 11 minutes.......AND I have to go to work tomorrow. I think there should be a law that allows, no INSISTS that you should have the day off work. I want to sit here and model all day, not go in and do battle with kids that don't want to learn anything. I wish I could retire......ah well......tomorrow might be a good day....I'm just rambling now...felt that I had to share

:-)

My last job, which was non-union, and I worked for 15 years, always gave us our birthdays off with pay. The owner of the company felt it was/should be an official company holiday. You also got a birthday card each year.
My present job, Union, it just another day...... we all call in sick........ we may use a sick day, but someone at least makes overtime...... :-) :-) :-)
Happy Birthday Vinnie.....

Happy birthday to you Vinnie!
Vinnie, you should be proud being a teacher. Imparting knowledge to the future generations, it's a noble deed! Not everyone can be a teacher, well i thought of being one but thinking about the screaming kids....well...

Yeah, Happy birthday Vinnie

I know the feeling, i'm sure the 'educational' system wouldn't collapse any more if they gave you the day off

Enjoy it anyway!!...Jim

Happy birthday mate

You have beaten me by 9 months. I always think 1960 was a damn good year :-) .
Dad was a teacher so I know how you feel. I just get to see the rejects when they come in for their day in Court.

Hello Vinnie!
I'm a Teacher too (Arts) and I know what you talking about! The kids between 11 and 16 are... kids between 11 and 16! There's nothing to do about that I presume! Be it in England or in France or elsewhere! It's not an easy job but hey! We have the modelling and... lots of holidays!
Jean-Luc
P.S. I have my birthday in one month! I'll be 38 and when you retire, I'll still have 10 years to work!

Ola Vinnie congratulations mate...
Well as for modeling... who models on his birthday. It is the day to celebrate with friends and drink beer.
Any way how the day comes I wish you have a good one.
