Okay, on Saturday, my family and I are going to be going to California. The only thing is, we're driving. So, can you guys/gals tell us how gas is out there?
Check this link to see where we're going:

Hiya..not sure if your going through Nebraska..but the gas prices around this way range from about 1.99 gal to about 2.05 gal. Of course..if you can be lucky enough and travel through an Indian Reservation..you can get it about .10cent /gal cheaper...

Sounds as though you'll remain south of Kansas, but to give you a general idea, gas is around $1.95/gal here in the center of the state, and I would suspect it might be less the further south and much more expensive the further west.
Big help....

sorry.

This might help...it's a map of average prices across the country updated each day I think:

1,95$ a gallon, thats practically giving it away. Here in Denmark we pay more than 6$ a gallon.

I am 60 miles east of San Francisco and paid $2.35/gal today-6/3.This is the best in my area.San diego,L.A..S.F. proper are going to be higher.I will guess $2.55-2.70.
E-mail the chamber of commerce in San Diego or contact AAA Insurance in California to get the best skinny on car travel here.

Don't know if you're going through Colorado, I-70, but it's around $2.00 for regular here in the 'Springs. If you have a Sam's Club card it's a few cents less. Denver is normally about the same as us, Pueblo a bit more.

If you take the REALLY long scenic route through Florida, it's about $2.04 a gal here.
