Just wanted to thank all of you for your warm congrats and the humor. Linda and I both got a kick out of it. We set the date for June 18th. We will be married in Oklahoma City , Oklahoma during the Regionals there. . Really we have a perfectly good reason for it, other than the contest. Linda is from there and her families from there. And I wanted at least one person at the wedding I knew. So I figured the only way to get any of my friends and fellow club members there was ( you got it ) through the contest. So if any of the Armorama family is going to the Regionals in Oklahoma please let me know if you'd like to attend the wedding. And I will send you info on when and where. Want to make sure we have enough food and drink for everyone. and punch of course.
:-) :-) :-) :-)
And for those that can't attend there will be pics.
Thanks again to all of you for your warm wishes
Jerry And Linda :-)8

Jerry,

Let me see if I understand this:
You propose about a week ago and your better half says "Of course." You set the date about three weeks from the date you proposed and it just happens to coincide with a modeling contest. You invite your modeling buddies from your local club and the 6000 plus knuckleheads on this web site to attend. And, this is all okay with the future Mrs White.

Yep, you got a keeper there, trust me.
Is there going to be an open bar at the reception?

Seriously, best wishes and many years of happiness together to you both.

Not to sure the church will hold all 7000 members but hey we'll give it a shot.

Was thinking more that maybe the ones attending the Regional contest in Oklahoma city, but hey won't kick anyone out. As for an open bar, #:-) (++)
after her family I'll certainly need one.
Ok change in plans, Linda just called and now we're getting married here and holding the reception there. Seems her family is just as much a pain to her as they are to me, .
Stiil the invite stands.

Jerry,
A good place to have the practice dinner is either Applewoods (excellent smoked Prime Rib) or The County Line (BBQ) on the North side of town or Cattlemen's Cafe down in the stockyards (The Fillet Mignon is so tender you can cut it with a spoon and the "calf fries" are great too).
