I have sent a couple of emails to www.smallshopeu.com, but they don't answer me. Has anybody else this problem?

Is this a serious company?

If you are trying purchase something from them, you might just want to contact one of the webstores. Sometimes you get better deals from these webstores.

i would bear with them, they are a reputable company-and the owner alistair even posts here sometimes.

although i have never bought anything from them online, i did buy some cast-a-coat from their stand at the IPMS nationals last november. alistair even explained how to use them personally. seemed a nice chap to me
