Here's my 2nd entry to this campaign, DML tiger1 (late)

This kit disappointed me, the position and fit of the idler wheel is totally out and wrong, the brass provided for the exhaust guard(or whatever they're called) doesnt fit properly in to the back.

Here it is

It's James Bond's Tiger 1.. 007..

Jokes aside. The camo you have there is nice. How did you actually spray (I'm assuming) them on? Which layer (colour of paint) followed by which?

Cheers,

I sprayed them on with my abby.

1) I first put on the base coat

2) Then i sprayed the green camouflage followed by the brown.

The camouflage colours are very 'strong' at this point as it is on a 1/72 model so i need to tone them down.

3) So the model is given a filter of the base coat colour, Dark Yellow.

There you go, heavily faded camouflage! At least it dont look so glaring on such a small scale!

Well.. it really depends on what size of a dio you want. But at scale 1/72, that's going to be a rather small one. :-)

Hey Danial,

Revell and DML are what i'd advice you to get.

But do not get the DML die-cast 1/72 kits, they are horrible.

If you like single vinyl one piece tracks, DML is for you but if you like link and length tracks, go for Revell.
