I'd just like to announce that IPMS-Philippines successfully participated in the 44th Shizuoka Hobby Show 2005!
9 models made by various IPMS-Philippines BAC members were showcased along with thousands of other modellers' works from Japan and the rest of the world.
IPMS-Philippines BAC President Frank "Chopper" Ching also addressed more than 140 Japanese hobby club leaders during the event. He also had the opportunity to talk with Mr. S. Tamiya of Tamiya Inc.

Yup! There are a lot of pics!
But let me post here one of the many....
At left is Nobuo Yoshioka, who was Tamiya's representative during our Nationals last year. He was the one who brought my Wildcat to the Tamiya Museum. Next is our President Frank 'Chopper' Ching and of course S. Tamiya

I can't help seeing just one tank in the BAC glass cabinet...
And a WW2 piece at that. Bakal Boys, where art thou? I knew it was a conspiracy - the top hierarchy of BAC are all Fragile Boys... :-)
Great builds! Especially the Me-262 (seeing the interior makes me go 'eeeeek!') and the paint job on the He-219 is just astounding.
