Recently we have received many questions in regards to strange resemblance between ABER / HUSSAR and ARMORSCALE products. Here is the answer to your question.
The owner of Armorscale firm had been previously employed by ABER company.
Starting his new business he decided to produce metal barrels, PE and ammunition sets using plans , projects , drawings , measurements and research studies of his previous employer ABER and AirConnection company (in case of ammunition sets) , without any rights or permissions to do so.

That is terribly unethical at best and since I am assuming the information he took with him would be considered proprietary, illegal, too.

It's a very interesting discussion, could I take a part in it, if I am a a topic of it??
I think it's unethical to share such info by a company which is an official distributor of ABER, what makes it not objective, don't think??
So I want to ask Airconnection: do you have any paper proofs in that case?? Why isn't the owner of ABER going to his lawyer if he is sure he's right???
How is it possible that a company that is so far from Poland knows so well what is happening here, in Poland??
In fact, I have never been ABER's employee, all the measurements and books my products are based on, are my property, or I was given them by my friends - Polish modelers.
I designed a lot of items to the ABER company, but I have never sold them any copy rights. What's more, I was not paid for designs of barrels, because, for ABER, they were worth nothing.
About Hussar and their ammunition sets: everyone who saw their sets and Armorscale sets can't think they have anything in common: they are different! What's more, Hussar's ammo has a lot of errors in measurements, I know that, beacause ABER wanted me to designed the same ammo for ABER and that's why he gave me the drawings. I have never done that.
For myself, I designed ammo basing on my own measurements which I did in a Museum in Skarżysko-Kamiennna, in Poland.
Greetings anyway

Forgive my ignorance, but what is either parties' (Aber' & ArmorScale's) connection - unintentional pun
- to Air Connection???
Air Connection states that Robert (ArmorScale) was in their employ... Robert neither affirms or denies this...
What does Air Connection have to do with Aber???
What does Aber have to say about this?? Well?? Speak up...

"AirConnection" is the North American distributor for Aber products. "They" (apparently the AC rep.) stated that the person in question worked for Aber, and at least on one occasion, for them directly...probably a contract for a Master for the ammo set or something.
Robert plainly denies that he never worked for Aber...interesting how, when the first post was made, that at least one person was ready to swear off the whole company forever....this is a great website, but just because something is posted here does not make it the absolute truth!
For all we know, the "Robert" posting his side of the story here may not even be who he says he is...not that I have any reason to doubt him.
Make sure you have all of the FACTS before immediately condemning someone of something you're not even sure that he did......(This is not directed at you, Tarok, but a bit of advice for the entire community!)
