Tin wires are always very useful and Upnorth is a new compagny who sells them. Randy J. Ray [rjray] ordered some wires and wrote a review about them.

Thanks Ray!

What exchange do you use for these wires, is it the Finland that comes out to about $1.06 a pack, plus shipping costs.

I see these are even thinner then the fly tying wire, cause it only goes down to .010", but they have copper wire at .006" that you can get in any color, but it won't hold it's shape to well so I need the tin.

Kerry.... using fast math.... the smallest is .009", which is .001" smaller than .010, not a major difference unless your doing brain surgery with it. I can pick up a spool of .010 lead wire at the fly-trying store for $2.99 a spool.

5.00 EUR
Euro = 6.28326 USD.......... not $1.06 a pack.

Nothing against the company selling this, just cheaper and easier for me to pick up at the tackle shop.

Wow you mean that tiny bit they want $6.28 a pack for 3 meters on the smaller stuff they claim, and then only 1 meter on the larger stuff

I already bought the fly wire, the .010",.015", .020", .025", .030", .035" , and like you said they are full spools, plus 2- .006" copper wire spools for something like 12 or 13 bucks shipping and all, cause I bought most of the cheaper lead free tin, only the .010" come out of the lead bunch, then the other lead free had all the other sizes I needed.

I thought they were saying .009 and mine is .010, I guess that is only 1, I was thinking it was another 10 smaller, that's what I get for not stopping and looking close, thanks again Dave for straightening me out.
