Ciao everyone,
I have decided that I would like to put my wish list into Santa early this year. With that said, I submit the following:

Dear Santa,
My name is Rob and I am 4 plus 1 years old. I live in Florida and I want you to know what I want for Christmas. I will leave cookies and milk on the table.

I want -
World Peace
No more hurricanes (please)
Academy to release the Lee and Grant (with full interiors, not the partial kind)
An M3 Halftrack from DML with figures (a nice 3 in 1 would do)
Three boxes of Italian troops from DML, one for Africa from 1940 - 1943, another for the Med theater from 1940-1943, and one for the Russian front (winter clothes)
A Canadian Ram tank in injected molded plastic
For the licensing problems to go away for all my friends that like modern stuff, and finally
For the modeling industry to realize that their prices are climbing too high for most young people to enter into the hobby.
Thanks Santa and Ciao for now
Rob

Dear Santa,
As I don't celebrate your official holiday, and consider X-mas as every shopping endeavor I partake in to get what I want/ need as I please, all I ask is for you to start cranking out all the stuff the modelers on this site want. I'm tiring of their begging...
Also, can you do the following:
1.Models already built and accurized to the most infinite detail. I'll paint it myself.

2.CA glue that bonds on my command, and flows only where I need it.

3.A line of paint that does everything, meaning no thinning, mixing, dry on command, etc...

4.Figures with all their equipment molded on.

5. Self cleaning airbrush and paint brushes.

6.May the trust fund forever last...

7.A five hundred DVD player that doesn't load like molasses.

8. Preformed photoetch.

9. Model fog and rain.

Not much to ask for, BUT GET ON IT!

And lastly, for folks in Florida to start building concrete homes.

Hmm
Dear Santa

I'd like my flesh tones to actually look like flesh tones...

A 1/32 scale B-17 F or G....

And the room to display the above mentioned model...

Is asking to win a really big lottery to much...

Just thought I'd ask....

And for DML to release a 1/35th scale Viet Nam era M- 48..

Rob, I take it you're referring to the hell hole area. I'll see what I can round up here at the motor pool. "Q"

Dear St. Nick AKA Santa Clause

Please don't let the Terminator screw with my pension.

Whirled peas is a cool idea, make it so!

Ok, now on to the important stuff.

1. 1/48th S2T air tanker complete with all needed masks and decals in the CDF format.

2. Ditto the above only make it an OV10A Air Attack ship.

3. I concur with the request for pre -formed photo etch stuff. Either my eyes are getting worse or that darn photo etch stuff is getting really, really small.

4. I too, would welcome paint, glue and decals that behave as I would like them to. :-)

Get started, Santa!

Cheers, Lads!

Dear non-denominational Winter Holiday-type person,

Apart from the usual requests (World peace, the new season of the Sopranos on DVD a drop in the mortgage rate etc.) I would like you to exert your influence and bring the following:

1) An end to posts on the tediously boring Allied vs. Allied Kit debate.

2) The world price of resin to fall...

3) Following on with 1) - no more ridiculous posts on Tamiya vs. DML

4) For all the (native-speakers) of Armorama to start using grammar and correct spelling

5) An SdKfz7 from DML...

6) Emmm, that's it....
...Jim

Dear Santa, I plan on being a very good boy this year, (no really I do.) Please just give me the following.

Let the time I spend modeling go by as slowly as the time I don't spend modeling, and let the time I spend not modeling go by as quickly as the time seems to when I model.

Oh, and about that DML U.S. Halftrack.....

What!....Already!? OMG FRANK!

Dear Santy,

I would like to win the lottery also so that I can have my workroom as an unattached building, complete with library, TV, DVD, refrigerator, plumbed high volume air system, spray booth, a fold out cot when I'm in trouble with SWMBO....dead bolts for the same reason, and enough left over that I could provide Armorama with operational funding for the next ten years...and apparently,...some to send Frank back to driving school.

Oh yeah...and world peace

Dear Santa

I don't want much, just a couple of trivial things:

The usual....world peace, lower prices and all that other stuff, but also.....

The skill to assemble/build kits like mother, gunny, costas and mr. roo

The ability to paint like ex-royal

The budget of Donald Trump

A dedicated work area large enough so that I can have all the toys I need

but failing all of the above, can I PLEASE just have a real model shop closer than a 6 hour drive!!!!!!!!!

Dave

p.s. and if all else fails...get me the heck out of Midland

http://tubegator.com/fun-pictures/xmas-fun/santas-accident.gif

This one is funny too but I'm not sure if it would be allowed to post.....take a look anyway

http://tubegator.com/fun-pictures/xmas-fun/xmas-santa.jpg

edit: strange, I can see these images at home, but now I'm behind a computer at school and I can't see them anymore......

Ok.....a bit ......ontopic:

I don't even start typing because it would take a whole life to write my all of my wishes....

But the self-cleaning airbrush, winning lotto numbers, 3-in-1 M3 halftracks and 99% sale sound very good to me

Dear Geratric fat man in a red suit with a fake beard,

I am happy with the status quo. But if you want to bring that stuff for the others please do.

BTW thanks for the sleigh bell, I can still hear it ring.

If its not too much trouble, Can we do away with egg plant as a vegatable?

Thanks
