After some problems ordering 'on-line' I ordered this book via e-mail:

From Military Book Centre in England. That was last thursday. Today the book arrived - 4 days including a weekend.

Quite often, we (correctly) complain about the lousy service offered by SOME retailers - it's nice to give credit where credit is due - a THOROUGHLY RECOMMENDED Retailer....Jim

The review will be up in the next day or so...

Jim... if it's any consolation... I have been suffering from insomnia lately, so I can't wait to read your review so I can actually get some sleep...

Kidding, looking forward to it
