Well this morning i wouldnt believe my eyes.

So here is the full story

I have finished a figure of a Roman Aquilifier from Pegaso in 75 mm.

as u see the teeth from the lion head are missing due to my clumpsy handling they were shooted to space of stash !!!!

So in that last Friday 29 of the month that i send an email to Pegaso that i missed it and asked them to charge me accordingly and send me a part to complete the figure .

I didnt received a reply to my email till this morning , and i thought that no one read my mail.

But .....

Well this morning i received this one

They send the piece , with priority mail the same day i asked it free of charge.

Considering their amazing quality of figures what more would u demand from a company thats one of the leaders in figures.

a Huge thanks to Pegaso Models. I was a fan , but now i ll be a dedicated one !!!!

Having extra good experiences with Pegaso models for years,it is really so good to see Luca Marchetti here.
I wish this first visit will last as a long stay in Armorama because to have friends from very good modelling companies is a great benefit for all modelers and also for companies.
Best regards

Cos,
glad to see your lion has teeth back, i will cancel the dentist appointment and very good move to bring this to forums so this is a good example for customer care.

Costas: When I opened the box and looked at my first Pegaso figure I was simply amazed. The amount of details are stunning.
I also bought a Pegaso catalogue which I can browse for hours and still be amazed about the quality, details and beauty of the Pegaso figures. I will definetly buy more Pegaso figs.

Let me second Costas' compliments. A couple years ago, I bought Pegaso's Spartacus figure to complete a collection of their Galdiators. When I opened it, I found the horsehair crest to the helmet missing. I e-mailed them a request for replacement, Within 10 days, I had a parcel from Italy, unfortunately, it was the wrong part. i e-mailed them again with the part hightlighted from the box art. This time, it might have taken trwo weeks to get the part. Given the distances and language barrier,(I speak no Italian,) I was extrmely pleased with their service.

I've also always loved building their figures, Some of the best, if not THE best engineering in the business. In many cases, I've been able to paint completely before assembly and had no touchup needed.

Kiudos to Luca Marchetti and his crew!

Jesper and Aj, quality is one thing in figures and is the most wanted. And Pegasos is above very good . But if u have such a super customer service, u surely are feeling better when u buy their figures. Many interesting themes , and the printed catalogue is also a splendid teaching tool to use. My lil one stares this with hours looking for their favourite figures and demanding who the next to paint will be
