Hey Y'all Matrix has suffered a modeling setback due to a Fire in his complex. He needs supplies and support for his frontline struggle to continue modeling despite overwhelming odds(no renters insurance and shallow pockets). If some of us just send 1 item each the man could have a hobby shop inside of a month. Just be sure to list what you send so he won't wind up with 12 Xacto knives and no blades or vice versa.

I am waiting for a list of his needs so I can figure what I can replace for him so check back and see what is needed and what has been sent.

If he doesn't mind posting a forwarding address, I have an Italeri M20 armored car I will send him tomorrow or Monday. I can look for some supplies to stick inside the box too, although it is probably safer not to send glues, paints, etc. I can put some non-flammable stuff like styrene stock, etc. inside.

I mailed out the Italeri M20 armored car today. I also threw a few pieces of Evergreen styrene rod inside as well. Hope this helps rebuild your model collection. Please let me know when it arrives.

You should look into getting renter's insurance from USAA or some other company.

Having suffered last September the very same situation, and lost the whole lab , i ll be sending u this week an airbrush and some more tools and supplies. Keep safe

What sorts of stuff do you build? What types/nationalities of kits are you interested in?

I'm good for a 1/72 modern jet kit or some 1/35th scale figures, some glue, xacto, a bit of paint.

It'll take time to wing it's way across the Atlantic, but Tamiya's 1/35 25pdr gun and quad is on it's way to you with a pack of zvezda's 1/35 German paras, a pair of side cutters and a #3 handle with some blades. I knew I was never going to build these kits and was thinking about offering them to Armorama as a prize, but your cause is as deserving, if not more do.
