i'm hoping that someone or a few can help me out here. I'm looking for pics of a Armored Troop Carrier w/ detachable landing platform for my next scratchbuild project. Line drawings would be best but side, front, back and top will do also. I also could use some dimensions. I have some pics from the net but not clear enough in detail. Many thanks guys.Modeling in General

Joe,
Check out this site, River Vet. It has scale drawings of each type of boat used by the Brown Water Navy. Also, have a look here at Mobile Riverene Force Productions to see some great built up models. A google search for ATC, ATC-H, or Monitor will give a bunch of pics too. Lastly, check with Tredhead here at Armorama, Gordon is making one now using the Trumpeter LCM(3) (50' boat) by stretching it into an LCM(6) (56' boat) as used to make the ATC, ATC-H, and Monitors in Vietnam.
Great project. I too would like to build one, someday. Someday...

Joe,
Check out the bottom of your other CH-46 thread. It has turned into a discussion on Vietnam ATCs.
