Could be a fluke. Sometimes your ISP sends the info packet/request twice. But make sure also that you don't use the back arrow and re-visit the page that is sending the post info. That will also lead to a duplicate post or topic creation.

when that happens to me, (a double post), I usually go and delete one of them.
