Hi gang,

Finally!!! Yesterday I've laid my hands on two jars of Mr. Surfacer, the 500 grain and the 1000 grain.
Now the BIG question to all the Wizzards out there....
How can I replicate the casting texture on i.g. turrets, and so on???

This is my first time I'm gonna work with this stuff, and I saw some great results with it, so please a step by step description...

Thnx in advance, John.

I've heard of people mixing powder. I've only used the stuff as a gap filler

Dragon, you can apply it with an old paint brush that is pretty stiff and just stiple it on. That is, use the very end of the brush and and dab it. I would recommend the 500 for this as it has more tooth to it. Hope this helps. "Q"

Check out Vodnik's great article on making non-slip coating. He xplains how to spray Mr. Surfacer through an airbrush.
