Hi all, a few weeks ago after reading Holdfasts excellent article on White Ensign paints I decided to jump in and order a batch for myself to try. So off I went to their site to choose several paints. After paying for my order I was told it could take up to two weeks for my delivery to arrive. Fast forward. About three weeks I still hadn’t received anything, so I sent them an e-mail to ask where my order was. After a few mails to and fro we found out I hadn’t filled the form out properly. Don’t ask how, but I did. So my order was probably delayed. Fast forward a few weeks, still no paints. We then decided to claim part (it wasn’t insured) of my order. A little later, and slow Royal Mail WEM decided to resend my order. When I received my order within a few days, I found out there is no additional cost.
How is that for service ?? :-) :-) :-) :-)
If only I wasn’t in middle of a move, I could try the paints out.
