Maybe I'm preaching to the converted but I just want to tell my satisfaction about Echelon decals customer service. Last sunday I have e-mailed Lawrence about the abnormal lateness of a previous order. He answered me almost immediately that a new decals sheet would be sent on Monday. I've just received it : 4 days from Singapore to France. No question, no procrastination...All I can say is that the service is as good as the product !
