Nice looking model ... definitely you gonna get good money for it ... I saw it a few days ago while looking for Malaysian selling Toys on ebay...

Not sure if Bidpay still sends out money order or instant transfer... but western union can do almost instant money transfer. Pos Malaysia pays out instant once you pass them the order number....

Last time western union very leceh, can cash only at BankBumi, now Pos malaysia support, very easy and fast ...

Hi, thanks for the kind words and welcome on board.

As far as I know Bidpay sends an MO which have to be cleared by a bank for a fee. This depends on individual banks. Clearing takes over a month. Money transfer is cashed at Bank Bumi instant.
If there's a faster way for clearing an MO I'd sure like to know but I doubt it.

Action figures are selling well. Looks like they are more popular than scale models. There's one Vegas version Elvis I'd like to get but keep putting off. I've four 1/6 scale vinyl kits unbuilt and these are my 'action figures' for now.

Regards

There's instant transfer now, my friend Dzirhan(some of you might now him, military consultant, No1 GI Joe collector here) ... told me about this. The buyer buy a money order thru US post office or westernUnion.com ... not sure which, then the buyer send him an email with the order number. All he had to do was go to the pos malaysia, give them the order number and get his money. Actually gets more, cus the xchange rate is 4.08 for pos Malaysia instead of 3.8. Turnaround time is only 1 day. Think there were no service charges like Bidpay/Bank charges on his side.

The 2 things to note is .
1. Person buying the WestU MO needs your name and address to be keyed in Comp. Just pass along IC number in-case.
2. Not all Pos Malaysia can do Western Union, The 1 near my house can, but the 1 in Tesco can't. Mabbe check with the nearest Pos Malaysia near you to find out about this.

Doing it like this saves quite some time to get money and I think you actually gets more in RM terms and also saves the buyer bidpay charges..

Some buyers won't do it this way is cus ebay always states don't do instant transfer with western union or moneygram on their emails. So some buyers might not do it. ebay wan'ts to promote paypal. Paypal, cannot get money out in Malaysia so we cannot use it, it'll stay credited forever in Paypal until you buy something with the money.

Hope that helps ...
