New guy here, been modelling off and on since I was a kid. Intrests vary in armor and aircraft. I rate my skills as so/so at best. I have areas I want to improve, like seams, weathering, gluing, and definitely my airbrushing skills. Oh hell, I need improvement in alI areas!:-) Iguess I get impatient when building and want to see the end result. Anyway, here is a pic of one of my most recently finished projects:

Great to have you joining this terrific modeling group. You'll find this to be a very valuable and beneficial experience. You'll have no problems getting support, help, info, and new techniques in all those areas you've mentioned. That Opel build is definitely not evidence of just "so/so", it is very well done. Anxious to see more,
