Did you ever have one of those weekends that you feel farther behind than when you started?
In my endevor to finish my Type XXI Sub prior to deploying friday, I was in my garage extremely focused on painting the highlights on the upper hull with my airbrush when....... My wife burst through the door and yelled out my name at the top of her voice "OPEN THE FRIDGE"! She was standing there holding a pan with a 15 lb. Turkey and wanted to put it in the fridge, but needed a third hand. You get the picture......Yup! I spilled the entire contents of the paint cup all over the upper hull and sail AND I dropped my airbrush while trying not to drop the sub. Bent the nozzle and made a mess too!
After cleaning up the mess, straighteneing out the dent in the tip of the airbrush etc. I decided to set everything aside and work on a base for my Jagdpanther until the primer coat of white turned into CRACKLE paint. So I stripped it off set everything aside and went into the house for a cup of coffee and to play on my computer. Still behind on my projects, short of time and even shorter on enthusiasm.

Well things like these happen all the time. Dont woory for just beeing one of us. On previous vigniette i sprayed with 3M spray glue 4 Verlinden figures, instead of the primer. And i did sprayed them for good, just cause i was in a hurry for the launch call. So ...dont be worried my good friend.
Just be calm

I feel your pain.

My wife also likes to start things that generally will need my assistance in the end just as I sit down to model, read a book or play a PC game. I know the intentions are good but....

2 rules in my house

Rule #1 Never disturb the daddy when he is modeling

Rule #2 Think about what you are about to do and refer to Rule#1
