Please see the attached links. Each link will bring up one pic that includes our own DSB member, Carlton Williams aka Turret Toad.

In this link, Toad is the helmeted soldier on the left of the picture looking directly at the soldier who appears to be speaking while pointing at a map. Toad appears to have a folded map tucked under his right armpit.

It looks like Carlton is actually doing some work! So he didn't just go for a holiday.
I too wish everyone serving a safe return home where ever that may be.
