This was my first try and I guess last one as it was so a huge amount of work to get this thing complete.
Done in 86-87, thus well before even Azimut releasing of their resin kit not to sya of the ugly Heller plastic one.

Very nice. I'm struggling with the Heller 1/72 scale VAB with ExtraTech PE and resin update set.

I checked out your site and I am very impressed. You really should continue with your scratch building. You have a talent for it. The VAB is very nice to say the least. Thanks for sharing it with us. Bravo and three cheers.

Thank you both for your kind comment.
I fear I won't be able to start such another project soon. The VAB was the vehicle I served on and I got as much info as I needed and took all the pics I wanted too.
I'm still proud of having achieved it whatever its flaws as regard to the Blast Models upgrade for the Heller kit.

I can understand the massive amount of time involved as I have just finished my first full scratchbuild.
