OK, I have scoured the forums looking for something on how to create a pic for my sig but have found nothing. I have done this with HTML in the past but I noticed all on this site are similar and I really like their overall look. Is there a program written for these? Any help would be appreciated!

i jsut got mine for the tank destroyer campaign, save it on your pc, upload in your gallery, url in your account at the propper place

Do you mean how to actually create a banner? Or to add a banner for your signature? I use PS to make banners, and to put them as your signature, just go to your account options, and you should be able to set it from there.
