All I know of, off hand is the German medic team by dragon. As the symbol is quite universal, they would be suitable. The figures could be used for your medics .. includes two wounded.

well Archer has some usefull dry decals:

German army Medical troops (early war)

German army Medical troops (late war)

Arm straps (is that English? :-)) with red crosses shouldn't be too hard to make for yourself. Medical equipment...well wouldn't know how to get that, unless you want to buy many many dragon kits Red cross on the helmet can be handpainted....

I wouldn't know for US troops....don't see any decals. Looking at Saving Pritave Ryan the only difference with normal troops is the lack of a weapon and an extra bag for medical stuff (+ an arm with a red cross and maybe a red cross on the helmet)

Hope this is of some help....good luck and keep us posted on this!

Cheers,
Martin

Hi Mary,

If there is absolutely one thing I don't use decals anymore, then it is for red crosses. This is by far the easiest shape to make some sort of stencil.

It is cheaper and easier (not to mention better looking) to paint red crosses.

If you mean other medic symbols, well that's another story...

If you are building GI's I believe the Hudson & Allen U.S. Airborne markings decal sheet has medic decals for the helmet and maybe armbands too. Greatmodels has it for $8 or so. There are tons of decals on the sheet. All kinds of ranks and MP bands too.

Dear Mary , id rather go on the painting side than on the decal. The area is small and i dont know if the decal would so realistic and nice. Thin ur paints and brush on !!!!!
