Software like photoshop is used sometimes by modellers to give a nice effect to their diorama's, by adding backgrounds etc.

So, if you use photoshop (or something like photoshop), or if you've seen a cool model-related photoshop project, show it here!

This is my latest photoshop project.....Jackhammer81 asked me if I could do this for him. It was fun to do! He gave me the start pic and the background, I gave the pic the background and tried some effects. I love the cartoon image!

Now show something you made! :-)

Well that's actually not done with photoshop itself, but with the software that came with my digital camera. It's called Kodak Easyshare. You can probably do the same thing with photoshop too (it wouldn't surprise me) but I don't know how to do this with photoshop.

Manipulating a picture with software is always called "photoshopping" by me, whether it's done with Photoshop itself or not :-)

I'm glad you like it,

Martin

Though not a model, I made my banner in Photoshop. Adobe programs are very complicated if you have no clue what you are doing, so right now my stuff is hit or miss as I am learning the ropes (or rather how to undo the pile of knots I create )

One of my on hold ideas was to find a suitable desert background for this I made for the Abrams ID campaign. I had a few promising backgrounds, but then I tried to remove the background to this main image and got stalled.

I'm not a great 'Photoshopper', just doesn't do it for me, but I do a lot of photography, and landscapes and the likes are one of my favourite subjects ( they don't move, and don't need to be paid :-) ) I think I have quite a few images that are sutable for this kind of caper, such as this one.

Yes I know, this is a screen shot of my screen saver, I have the original .

If anybody is interested, let me know, what sort of background you are looking for and I'll see if I have one, or if I can shoot it.

Cheers

I use photshop on every image. Most of the time i create a widescreen type shot. Add filters to make it look like its from a movie etc.. I have been using photshop for awhile and work at a tv station

I just uploaded some Photoshop graphics I created into my Armorama Gallery. I just created them within 10-15 minutes each.

...or clicking "My Photos" button below.

One can also see some backgrounds I added to models of mine.

Here is a image I photoshopped for my company's Holiday Card. The trains and buildings in the foreground are models. The backdrop is from a photo of the city I live in. I then photoshopped all the snow, decorations, lights, and scarves on the little people.

Robert I really like the antiqued photo of you in the uniform, was that a photoshop tool? Which version if it was?

Here is my one and only (artistic type that is) I do process all my digitals with photoshop.

I entitled it, "In Armageddon's Wake"

I don't have any model related pics yet that would be photoshopped but I do like image manipulation.

One of my recent works which I liked much was the following picture. It was a response to a challenge of placing superheroes in odd contexts. So I gave Frodo a new opponent.

The original is here just in case someone is interested.

Earlier on I used to change a lot of movie posters in a funny way. Here's one of them. Some have said it represents the original accurately.

Finally, since because I like cooking I present a rare cookbook.

Ola Guys

@ Steven (95Bravo)
I`m not the one in the uniform I wish I had a Complete WW2 British Para Outfit.
The Guy is a reenactor that we met during the Market Garden Memorial Week in Oosterbeek last year September. Great Stuff loads and loads of British and Polish Reenactors just as loads and loads of vehicles.
The Photoshopping of this is quite easy and actually only standard things of Photoshop are used. I actually spend one evening to teach Martin the technique of how to age pictures and he did a great job on that.

This is a banner I made for other sites to link Armorama to. Riversphynxz gave me kind permission to use the 1/72 Bradley currently OnDisplay after ThomasB asked if anyone could make or update the banners. I volunteered and this is the result

Mud, Sweat, & Gears medal. I also created the Medic medal and ribbons too, but that was in Paintbrush
