Here one picture from the side (man in front): the ranks shouldertstrap and the German flag below it (other shoulder and arm are simular).
The pink ribbon is refering he belongs to a panzercrew, I guess.

Picture from the front (man in the middle) shows hat and chest insignas.

That's what I needed. I was trying to sort some images and came up short. One image was label wrong.

Somewhere in a box I have several german rank patches. While in Graf one year I befriended a German artillery battery and we swapped out insignia. I think those 3 bars are for a Corporal. I know a sergant has a border that goes around the patch
