Well, when I get good service form a web sight mailorder, I like to acknowledge them and let everyone know about there customer service.
Like the things I said about Colorado Miniatures, I want to say the same about Blast Models.
Yesterday morning, I finally ordered there Hummer details sets. After asking around here about there service (thanks Vodnik, Guntruck, and those other that replied) and waiting for a good payday where I didnt have too many bills, I placed an order. That was yesterday morning. When I got in the office this morning, I had an e-mail waiting tell me how much the shipping was going to be, which wasn't bad! I quickly repsonded with go ahead and ship. A few minutes later, I recieved another e-mail saying that my order is on the way and it will be here in about 10 to 13 days.
Thats what I like to see, good customer service. Whether its making sure your kits are complete before shipping out, or quickly repsonding with shipping cost and when your package is being shipped. Thats how I was when I worked at my LHS up in Dallas/Ft. Worth and thats how I still want it to be when my dreams are fullfilled and I open my own shop upon miltary retirement.
Keep up the good work Gray at Colorado Miniatures and Gilles at Blast Models!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great to see service like that, isnīt it?. Thats what we all want to hear. At the end of the day, this is what attracts modellers ... good service is something, or even the least, they companies should strive to achieve.
This topic could actually go under General modelling forum as this is great information for those who have considered ordering from Blast. Might help make the decsion for some, especially guys like yourself from the States, to get shipping prices, estimated shipping time, etc. etc.

I actually did just the same thing as Epi though getting just the Humvee weapons set so I can add onto my post-AGE 2 M1046 (since I can't scratchbuild or add on for the campaign). The only difference is that I had no clue about the responding with the go ahead until yesterday, so I responded and got my reply the next morning (would've been nighttime when they received it). I can't wait to see what I get (...Well I know what I am getting...er...dang it you know what I mean!
) This'll be my first time with resin, I I am hoping for the best.
