I've had nothing but good experiences with them. Their customer service has always been top-notch in my book.

I'd ordered some kits from Militariy Hobbies - Canada in several years ago when there was free shipping for the international order over 150 USD, good service and fast shipping, good communication with Dave Scheel and staff in case of some unavailable items.
But in my last 2 orders, there was some items omitted with the delivery and without any communication. I sent a mail to Andrew Lang who was in french customer service then I received the completed orders in 2 weeks (I don't know that he was still working at MH from July 5, 2004).
I my lastest order for some Revell-Monogram aircraft model kits last year, I received a mail of Tina Handa - Customer Service Manager that the requested items were not available at MH in spite of these items still shown 'in stock' on MH website.
I don't know what was happened at MH but I stopped to order from them.

I buy most of my models from Dave. These guys are great. Gave me a huge discount once when they made a mistake on an order. Highly recomended.

I've placed a few orders with them and for the most part, I was satisfied with both the turnaround/delivery time and price.

The only negative that I have is that I had placed an order for several kits, only to have the order show up without the the two kits that I wanted the most. They never did charge me for the missing items, but they also never returned my email inquiring as to why the "in-stock" kits that I had ordered never were shipped.

That incident moved them down my list of preferred online shops. I'd still give them a go if I they had something I couldn't find anywhere else, but I'd be hesitant.

I like them and order with them from time to time.If you do qualify for free shipping, pay for the uprade to 'normal' speed shipping.'Free shipping' method seems to be duct taping your kit to an Iguana's back and shooing it over the southern border
Otherwise it's a really good go!
