Awards and Judging:
NJHMA awards are Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals. We use an Unlimited Award System to judge your exhibts, and do not restrict the number of awards in any way.
Our judges work independently of each other, and are encouraged to acknowledge any work they feel merits recognition..

Categories:
OPEN- Figures and models of all types. Exhibits are judged for creativity, construction, painting, and presentation.
Painter- For STOCK figures which have NOT been modified nor converted. Exhibits judged SOLELY on painting skill
Novice- Open to those who have never won an award at an NJHMA Expo
JUNIORS- Under the age of 16
TOY SOLDIERS- Exhibits are judged on Presentaion ONLY.
