Gidday Team

What is everyones opinion about Dragon?

Are they becoming or are they now the leading plastic kit manufacturer of military 1/35th kits in the world?

Are theuy leaving Tamiya in their wake?

Do you like Dragon kits?

Do you find them overcomplicated?

Do you like the individual tracks of Dragon (often a common complaint) or would you prefer the old rubber band ones?

Do you find it hard to get Dragon kits in NZ now there is no NZ based importer?

Let me know.

Regards

Out of the Dragon kits (mainly figures) I have done I have loved them. I don't really bother with Hobby shops in NZ as I usually buy DML kits online. I definatly think Dragon has left tamiya in their wake and are continuing to do so.

I like their 1/18th pre assembled/painted action figures, they go well with our 1/16th tanks/battlefield setups.Their 1/6th 'dolls' are highly regarded. The guy in our club with the 1/6th RC Tiger has installed an 'animatronic' system in his commander and loader figures so they can perform movements by radio control. For instance, they can turn their heads, raise binoculars to their eyes;looks very cool.
