I got home from work Saturday and SWMBO had got me the complete Hornblower series on DVD , I was well chuffed Ive only ever seen two episodes before. Nice one

Very nice. Though I wouldn't mind either of those great gifts I'm still holding out for the DVD set of Band of Brothers. I think I might have a long wait.

Rodger, stop holding out waiting for it and go get BoB!

While you're at it, grab HH DVD sets as they are great as well. Well, I can't really attest to them all being great as I haven't seen them all yet but I'm sure they're all solid. I first found this gem late one night on A&E years ago when I couldn't sleep. Being as I'm bad with series and shows I always ended up missing it but enjoyed what I saw. When I found them on DVD, they were mine!

I'm also waiting for one or more of the boxes sets of Combat TV shows. I've been checking them out from the library but it's not quite the same. Great DVDs to have on in the back ground when modeling. Very inspirational also.

I've got those Hornblower DVD's awesome stuff - the gentleman who plays Horatio will be the lead in the Fantastic Four movie coming this summer I believe.

Hi guys who's a lucky boy then, I got the Sharpe series last christmas and BOB ffor my birthday, all great series. I just cant stop these women buying me presents :-)
