Hi all,
I've got a question about how to upload pics elsewhere but in my own gallery. I tried several times to post pics directly to some galleries (completed figures, completed models ...) without any success. I've always been redirected to my gallery.
How do you guys achieve posting your pics in the various categories.

Hi Bison, do you mean upload to the various forums, if so click on the picture in your gallery you wish to upload at the bottom you will see a url and a copy button hit the copy button go back to your post and hit your right button and hit paste it should put the url there. when you submit it to the forum it should show the photo. hope this helps.

this is not a problem with including pics to a forum post. My question is related to the folder in whicvh the pics are uploaded here.
It seems that the default folder is "My Gallery", a scrolling list shows some different folders (some campagin group builds for instance) but not all the list.
I wanted to post pics directly in the completed figures subsection of the Figures section but could not do it.
When uploading the pictures, I've been directed to "My Gallery" even when I tried to load the pics within the named section page open.

Are you sure that your pictures haven't actually been added to the right gallery? It seems that you are doing it correctly. Please note that when you add photos to ANY gallery using your user name to upload them, they will be visible both in the gallery where you wanted them to be AND in your gallery! This does not mean that they are uploaded twice, but it looks like they are. But if you remove the file from your gallery it will also disappear from the gallery to which you added it.

It seems that some of the campaign galleries had the permissions reset when Jim did some work on the site a while back, and it was up to the campaign leaders to reinstate them - I can only post to my own gallery, Tank Terror and Remember Korea using either the drop down list or the direct route to the gallery. Luckily all my entries to other campaigns were in before the changes were made.

It seems you're fully right, the pics are loaded in both galleries. I was misled by the uploading step screen.
