On this DML Grille ausf H I have,there is a section on the hull where the directions state to cut off a 4.5 miilimeter section How does one measure a half a millimeter? I've never seen a millimeter ruler that has half sectons on it

As luck would have it, 4.5 mm is almost exactly 3/16 inch.

To answer your first question, Chad, I just eyeball it when it comes down to half a millimeter. It's so small, even if you had a ruler with .5mm increments, you probably wouldn't get it exact anyway.
