would anybody know approximately how many links per inch a 1/35 scale chain would have?
Thank You a head of time.

That depends on the original chain! You need to determine the size of the links on the original then scale that to 1/35. You may not find the exact size you need but find some cheap oval-linked costune jewelry chain in an arts & crafts store and you should be in business.

Also check out the Model ship building section of your local hobby store.. there usely is brass chain in several sizes.. I got a couple of 3 foot sections of 1 mm and 1.5 mm and they airbrush nicely for the heavyier type tow chains on vehicles.. also check out their cotton twine for shipbuilding.. makes great look hemp rope for tieing things down....

Thank you guys anyway, but see I was having my sister try to find me some chains while she was shopping, and I was hoping for something to tell her to look for, besides real small chain, while she was at some of these different department stores.

See I don't get out much, so I depend a lot on her getting things for me, and I figured these would be way less then the hobby shop chains, but they don't have the sizes.
