Does anyone make dragons teeth in 1/72nd scale? Would I have to scratchbuild them myself?
Does anyone know where I could see some photos of the dragons teeth?

Try Vac-u-Cast . No images of them on their site, and I have no first hand knowledge of them.

I've cast my own using bathtub silicon kit to make molds from a couple of masters I made from plaster.
