Does anyone make dragons teeth in 1/72nd scale? Would I have to scratchbuild them myself?

Some Dio accessory kits used to include them, can't recall any maker right now, sorry.

Try Vac-u-Cast . No images of them on their site, and I have no first hand knowledge of them.
