Currently there are 10 rooms available in the Waverly for the duration of the convention and 60 rooms available in the Sheraton for the duration of the convention. We expect these to fill completely within the next few weeks - if not sooner. At that point we will evaluate the hotel needs and see what overflow hotels we might be able to offer. Even if we do offer overflow space - please note it won't be as near to the convention center as the two main hotels. Also, the vendor room is SOLD OUT!
