Need help dressing up ribbon/medal graphics

I've created a basic ribbon and medal for the Bucket Bonanza but I don't have the experience or tools to make them look as good as the other medals and ribbons I see on the site.

If someone is willing to help then I can send you the graphic files.

Working on it right now , having a bit of trouble recreating the ribbon effect. -what is the maximum size allowable for the ribbon and medal?

The files I sent you were at maximum size. 53x18 pixels for the ribbon and 31x60 for the ribbon.
