Hej Jan. I have ordered several times from them and can give them 100% for service. Postage to Europe is free when you buy for more than €40. Delivery is usually 5 working days ... well packed and very reliable. All my orders are in English as my dutuch is quite poor also (read none existent).
This has actually become my first search place when looking for items, as its cheaper than sweden, free postage and no problems with customs.
I usually pay them via paypal .... using my credit card. You can also pay through your bank by swift account, but you pay extra for this from your own bank. Recommend registering with paypal!
Another plus on their part is they sponsor Armorama.

Man, wouldn't that look beautiful up on the shelf next to my 1:16 Kirin Kubel...O.K., Maybe not beautiful since I'd be the one building it, but impressive nonetheless .
And the shelf would have to be in the Doghouse, since that's where SWMBO would put me if I dropped that much on a kit right now .
* SIGH* ...Someday...
