does anyone know of any good sources where i might be able to find a current issue british para helmet?
they are quite rare on ebay and expensive to buy a new one.
i would like one as they are far lighter than the GS ones, much more comfortable to lug around on exercise!

Try searching on the online surplus shops seen a few on their sites but with Iraq going on I suspect this will help push the prices up on them. Just dont use Silvermans atleast dick Turpin wore a mask when he robbed you!

silvermans want £225 for a new one, they must wear masks and striped jumpers!
a couple of the lads from my company are going out on the 14th and managed to get some through brigade stores but they wont give them to anyone else!

I'll have a nosey later I suspect they might be around 70 quid I did see a few shops that had them in stock but that was last year
