I have had to admit that the eyes are not as good as they used to be.
My Mrs is saying to me "go on put them on i dare you"
and laughing her t--ts off

Ahh..nothing to be embarresed by. Besides..my fiance' wheres those stupid things..OPPPS..i mean Glorious Women Getting Goggles all the time...I have even had them on to help with the detail painting on a small figure.
BTW..Chris..anyone ever tell ya you look like Data from StarTrek TNG.?

I wear specs for astigmatism (the eyes focus at different distances), this means that the magnifying headsets are no use to me. I just have to either choose my subjects more carefully (notice all my latest vehicles have no crew figures!) or put up with the results!. My optician could make me a prescription binocular magnifier put the price nearly gave me a coronary LOL.

I could use one of those, when painting figures. I don't need them , but i guess you put less strain on your eyes, while using them.

I got a pair of them my mincers are so bad,my mrs said i looked like a blowfly looking though two beer bottles :-) now she put them away and I cant find them
