avoid the figures, they are ... dunno dont find words 4 it, got about 10 laying in box here and hell i got nightmares about them. The tanks are ok to good. Not very historical accurate but its a basic kit and with some work you can turn it into a real eyecatcher. unfortunately there are only a few well build ww 1 models out there. Really im looking forward to see a tadpole but never saw it as a model nor real

I do not think that the bad rap that Emhar always seems to get is all that justified. Take it that I am not WWI AFV expert and I did have some problems with the Mk. IV "Tadpole" build, I did however have a great time buliding mine. Overall dimensions scale out correctly however, I guess that what is in between is what's off. Looks a-ok to me.

I was not aware that Emhar made figures. I used a Model Cellar figure with this.

I made one of the 1/35 scale tanks and I thought it was OK. I have a couple of the 1/72 scale tanks (Male & Female) and they look good to me, but I haven't built it yet.

Emhar's 1/72nd scale figures are reviewed here:

The 1/35th figures are pretty much the same.
For reviews of the 1/72nd tanks and much more check Landships

For me, the Emhar Mark IVs are a wasted opportunity to make a good WW1 British heavy tank, the proportions and shapes are way out. The 1967 Airfix WW1 tank has a more accurate shape. On the other hand, Emhar's A7V is a beauty, and what a pity they haven't scaled it up to 1/35th to challenge the Tauro nightmare.

The WWI German, and British artillery pieces are rather basic to say the least.
