how can i upload the fotos of my models in this forum?

A couple of different ways. The easiest and one of the fringe benefits of this place is the availability to upload your photos from your hard disk right here! No need to host them elsewhere. Just go to my account, (upper right hand corner of screen) click on my gallery. See the upload pictures button. Click, browse, process, easy peasy Japanesey!!
Then to post them in a thread, click on the thumbnail to enlarge it. You will see that there is a link created below the photo that already has your tags at the front and back. Just copy this and paste it into your message.
Of course, if you have pics hosted elsewhere (another site) you right click on them, highlight copy image location, and paste into your message with the image tags in front and behind your pictures text.
