Maybe it exists but I don't find it.

I mean a complete on-line catalog/inventory of all exisiting models, decals, ....

It seems that the only thing that can be found now are catalogs from one brand at the time or shopping lists from stores.

What would seem extremlily useful is an on-line database that would give all available information on a given topic (this would be a fine basis for the ultimate store as well).

example: a query on "Blackhawk" could give all available boxes in the various scales with some details, the decals sets that exist for that model...

It might seem an impossible task to start with but for a site like armorama that is informed of all new releases it could maybe be feasable.

It's been discussed before.... It's a really Time consuming & Daunting (not to mention NEVER Ending Task) It'd probably take alot of Time , Effort & Se3rver space to do this too.........

About the closest you could do would be to go to one of the giants, Squadron or Great Models, for example, and do a search on the topic. That will give you a pretty good idea of what's currently available. Uisng your "Blackhawk" example, Squadron came up with 12 hits, models, decals and a book while Great Models showed 28 references of decals, models and detail parts.

I had the 'brilliant' idea of doing a similar thing with Braille scale a few months ago - it never actually went anywhere.

Simple reality is no-one has the time to dedicate to a project like that - sorry! ..Jim
