I also noticed that all of the pictures I see of models are better than my models. Is that a forum problem too?

I was noticing that server requests were timing out earlier. Probably another case of too many requests. I will endeavor to install the PHP accelerator software we had running before the hard-drive failure. That should help out considerably.

Also our hosting provider has improved their dedicated server packages so I am hopeful I can get us an upgrade to a dual-Xeon 3gHz machine.

Cheers,
Jim

Dave,
I kind of doubt it. There may be issues with our hosting provider or other issues. I actually checked the HTTP referrer report out of curiousity and we haven't gotten that many clicks (9) from that topic.

Keep in mind....

Armorama - Alexa ranked at 23,931 of all sites ranked.
FineScale - Alexa ranked at 245,374 of all sites.

So our rank is about 10x higher basically. They do a lot of forum posts to be sure. Just as Hyperscale and other sites, but were we get major traffic is from the sites content as well as the forum.

Cheers,
Jim

Jim - pretty sure it's a host server issue, while experiencing trouble connecting, where you usually see the DNS page address on the status line the IP address showed up (ie. "connecting to" followed by IP address)
