Hello Everyone,
This is my first time uploading a image to the site and I am doing it for a Campaign that I have signed up for. It says that the site only accepts .jpg, .jpeg and another form I cant remember right now. I am trying to upload a .jpg image. Any ideas and or help is GREATLY appreciated.
Best Wishes,
Walter
P.S. I am using a Mac running OS 10.3.7 if that helps any.

Just an idea but since mac files don't normally have file extensions...that may be the problem. Try giving the file an extension of .jpg.

Hello Jim.
Thanks for responding. I tried your advice and added a .jpg to the end of the pic file. It is still a no go. I do not know what to do. Can I email it to you and can you post it?? Just a thought.

What do you think the problem was? (in case someone with a similar situation asks in future)
Thanks,
Jim

Hello Jim,
The problem that I was experiencing was I was unable to add an image when I posted a "build log" entry. Just kept getting the same error message that I listed above.I was able to add the picture to the gallery and link it in a log entry, but could not upload the image straight to my build log for the "Tank Terror" Campaign. Hope this makes sense.
Thanks again,
Walter

Thanks ........ I've never been able to upload to my blog either.... but it never bothered me, since it was already in my gallery.......and usually posted on a thread already also.
but guess I learned something new...... Thanks again.

Ahh....that code may be mac "unfriendly". But as it's the only image uploading to a database file I am aware of then it will probably stay broken.
To be honest it's my intent to remove the image uploading feature when I do the next major revision of the campaign section. When I added that ability members had no personal galleries like they do now.
Cheers,
Jim
