Is it just me, or does anyone else have this over bearing desire to build. I mean I am just juiced to build now, I want to try out new techniques and I am almost done with my Italeri Tiger early (Kursk theme) and I just want to build build build.

Let me know if this is normal!

Yeah, unfortunately, I have to work. What's worse is my modeling area is in the machine shop so I sometimes find myself building when I should be working!

The one thing about model building is, it gives you the sense of accomplishment. Not only doing a job, but doing it well, something your proud of.

This is something that very few of us get outside of building models, you hardly ever get to accomplish anything on your own, at work, some might, but most haft to follow in line, and are just a piece of the big picture, and that isn't rewarding enough, this lets you escape, and fulfill that part.

Then there is some of us that get relaxation and fun from this, what ever the reason, I'm glad there is models. On a good day I haft to set the alarm to know when to stop, other wise I'd work all day on a model.

For me painting and weathering is the biggest addiction.I really like to put down some nice camo's on a few 109's . (especially since i have an airbrush)

I know how you guys feel, i am currently working on 2 models at the moment and about to start a third. When one is waiting to dry i am doing the other one. oh why cant i be a millionare and not have to go to work???? :-) :-)

If I weren't just a little bit hung over from last night, I'd be at my desk right now, but I need to consume more coffee before I take myself out there. So I keep my model jonesing down by hanging out here and talking with you guys and gals.

I don't want to work,
I want to build on the bench all day....

well,i do not know about all the time,but after a while at school i do have that sudden urge to create,make...ooohhh....i have to go build something right now!
